Job description

A rapidly-growing company on a mission to provide users a first-class financial experience is looking for a React Native Developer. The selected candidate will be developing a robust app that deploys on iOS and Android while bringing rich functionality to the app. The company is building a self-custodial wallet enabling users to access all their financial needs using bitcoin as their SoV/money. This is a great opportunity for developers who enjoy tackling multifaceted challenges.


Job Responsibilities:

  • Take the lead on building the front-end of the company’s app
  • To improve team performance, improve engineering procedures
  • Participate in code reviews and collaborate on code review input with other engineers
  • Propose novel approaches for advancing engineering-related activities and advancements
  • Participate in daily virtual standups and write and maintain automated tests

Job Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science (or equivalent experience)
  • At least 3+ years of relevant experience as a software engineer
  • Demonstrable experience working with React Native from idea to deployment
  • Extensive experience with building excellent user interfaces
  • Demonstrable knowledge of secure development practices
  • Great eye for detail and excellent multitasking skills
  • Nice to have a passion for Bitcoin and bring a principled, self-sovereign money experience
  • Some knowledge of bridging the C-FFI with React Native is desirable
