Job description

A US-based company that is building digital health solutions that intelligently unifies mental health resources and delivers them in a customized, gamified, and effective way, is looking for a React Native Developer. The selected candidate will be driving the rapid development of application features and new products. The company is a technology-first digital mental health company that acts as a patent-pending technology hub. They managed to raise more than $860K during their Seed round of funding. 

 

Job Responsibilities:

  • Work closely with C-Suite, technology advisors, and the entire development team
  • Assist in managing the development team and keep sprints and develop essential deployments within the projected timeline
  • Develop new features for enterprise mobile applications and back-end microservices
  • Work with different processes and systems to offer a seamless experience for the end-users
  • Build solutions staying true to the company’s tradition of producing high standards and performant codes
  • Contribute to our team’s processes and work culture

Job Requirements:

  • Should be a B.S., M.S., or PhD. in Computer Science or equivalent with at least 5 years of professional experience
  • Deep understanding of processes for creating custom views 
  • Ability to work with REST/JSON APIs using Retrofit
  • Experience in designing and developing full-stack applications, including API design and
  • UI wireframing
  • Knowledge of A/B testing tools (Firebase etc.)
  • Well versed with approaches of crafting custom animations using SDK tools like Animator and MotionLayout
  • Knowledge of developing user-facing features with modern Android UI tools, such as view binding or jetpack compose
  • Well versed with MixPanel and analytics dashboards
  • Knowledge of Stripe, Twilio, WebRTC, and website development would be a bonus
  • Self-motivated to master skills like Web3, Blockchain, and Artificial Intelligence / Machine Learning.
  • Familiarity with scalable databases for real-time applications
  • Ability to contribute to, or have an interest in open-source projects
  • Experience in building solutions for iOS and Android platforms
  • Knowledge of working with React, React Native, HTML, CSS, Node.js, and ExpressJS
  • Thorough knowledge of working with JavaScript, Swift, Kotlin, and Java
  • Well-versed with solutions like AWS, MySQL Aurora, EC2, API Gateway, Redis, and IAM
  • Ability to utilize OneSignal, Stripe, API.AI (chatbots), and MixPanel
