Job description

A rapidly-growing company that is developing a messaging platform that unifies personal and professional messaging on the same platform/app, is looking for a React Native Developer. The selected candidate will be in charge of planning, designing, and executing entire web architectures. The company is determined to develop an iOS and Android app for a new messaging service similar to Slack and WhatsApp. This is an amazing opportunity for developers who are passionate about utilizing cutting-edge technologies to build innovative products. 

 

Job Responsibilities:

  • Design, create, and maintain database architectures, user interfaces, and application integrations
  • Work together with designers, product owners, and other stakeholders to create and implement software solutions that satisfy company needs
  • Upgrade, debug, and troubleshoot software
  • Write code that is clear, effective, and well-documented

Job Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science (or equivalent experience)
  • At least 4+ years of relevant experience as a software developer
  • Demonstrable experience working with React Native, DevOps, and CI/CD
  • Extensive experience with Web Sockets and Unit Testing
  • Some familiarity with AWS and React is desirable
  • Excellent spoken and written English communication skills
