Job description

A U.S.-based company developing an innovative and world-class consumer legal SaaS technology is looking for a Lead Back-End Engineer. The engineer will help to shape and guide the direction of the company’s technology ecosystem. The company's product enables users to take their music career to the next level by negotiating and signing a custom producer agreement. The company has managed to secure more than $450K during their pre-seed round of funding. 


Job Responsibilities:

  • Gather business requirements and deliver personalized results accordingly 
  • Improve the functioning of the team to increase the effectiveness
  • Develop scalable, responsive, and detailed stacks
  • Participate in conducting regular code reviews and collaborate with other engineers to attain feedback

Job Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science (or equivalent experience)
  • At least 4+ years of relevant experience as a data engineer
  • Extensive experience in Nest.js and PostgreSQL
  • Prolific experience in AWS
  • Solid understanding of advanced data structures and manipulation
  • Nice to have experience in DevOps
  • Fluent in verbal and written English
