Job description

A U.S.-based company providing information governance exclusively for internal legal, privacy, and IT teams is looking for a C++ Developer. The selected candidate will be responsible for enhancing the current products by offering suggestions and putting them into practice. The company offers end-to-end orchestrated solutions or standalone products for its e-discovery, forensic investigations, privacy, and breach response software. The company has raised $100 mn in funding so far.

Job Responsibilities:

Create, develop, and manage efficient and dependable C++ code
Collaborate with other engineers to create new products
Work on product expansions for current goods
Improve existing items by making suggestions and putting them into action
Design, develop, manage, document, test, deploy, and support new and existing modules
Determine bottlenecks and design effective solutions to complicated challenges
Coordination with other developers for the implementation and testing of cross-functional needs
Proactively resolve difficulties in order to offer high-quality products

Job Requirements:

Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science (or equivalent experience)
At least 4+ years of relevant experience as a software developer
4+ years of experience with C++
Knowledge of Visual C++
Familiarity with OOP (Object Oriented Programming) and STL
Experience in developing applications in Windows/Linux will be a plus
Knowledge of Visual Studio
Expertise in data structures and algorithm
At least 1 year working in Agile or Fast Agile methodology is nice to have
Experience in IoT/Blockchain is preferred
Hands on experience in basic Database systems - indexes, filters
Knowledge or experience in test-driven development is a plus
Strong passion for technology in addition to logical and analytical skills
Proficiency in English
