The Web Back-End Developer will take a leadership role in developing and maintaining robust back-end systems, leveraging advanced skills in GraphQL, React, and Spring Boot. The role involves in-depth debugging, testing, and troubleshooting across multiple applications, as well as contributing to the development of user-friendly UIs. The successful candidate will be an integral part of a vibrant and forward-thinking team, working in a culture that values innovation, collaboration, and continuous learning.


Job Responsibilities


  • Lead the design and implementation of scalable and efficient back-end systems using GraphQL, React, and Spring Boot, drawing upon advanced skills and extensive experience
  • Collaborate seamlessly with cross-functional teams, including designers and engineers, to create innovative user interfaces, providing mentorship and guidance to foster team growth
  • Conduct rigorous code analysis, identify areas for optimization, and propose enhancements, applying deep expertise to ensure optimal results
  • Ensure the stability and high performance of multiple applications through rigorous testing and troubleshooting, drawing upon comprehensive experience
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends and conduct research to bring innovative problem-solving strategies to the team, actively contributing insights to keep the team at the forefront of industry standards
  • Contribute significantly to enhancing application efficiency, speed, and scalability while maintaining the highest quality standards, applying advanced knowledge to optimize processes


Job Requirements


  • A Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field, or equivalent experience
  • A minimum of 6-7 years of experience in a similar role, showcasing a consistent track record of successful projects and leadership
  • Hands-on experience of at least 1+ years with GraphQL and React, and a minimum of 1+ years with Spring Boot, demonstrating advanced proficiency in these technologies
  • Proven track record in developing and maintaining robust back-end systems, supported by a comprehensive portfolio of successful projects
  • Strong knowledge of the software development life cycle (SDLC) and agile methodologies, with a history of effectively applying these practices
  • Exceptional problem-solving abilities with meticulous attention to detail, ensuring the delivery of high-quality solutions
  • Fluency in English and excellent communication skills, facilitating effective collaboration with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
