Job description

A fast-growing technology company is looking for a Back-end Engineer. The engineer will work on the back-end systems and develop codebase, projects, and legacy systems for a sports platform that deals in high-tech sports production items. The candidate is expected to have a strong software development experience and sound skills in technologies such as C#, .NET Core, MongoDB, cloud platforms, etc. This is a nice opportunity for those who want to collaborate on building highly performant products.

Job Responsibilities:

Maintain, scale and develop existing codebases, legacy systems and greenfield projects for the back-end systems for sports technology products
Integrate front-end elements with server-side logic and functionalities in order to optimize performance
Use a holistic, test-oriented approach to troubleshoot, debug and upgrade applications
Optimize the platform for faster execution and solve scalability issues
Recognize threats and implement security & data protection practices

Job Requirements:

Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Computer Science (or equivalent experience)
4+ years of software development experience
Must be exceptionally skilled at C#, .NET Core, MongoDB, any experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP)
Nice to have prior experience in Kubernetes, CI/CD, and Linux
Should be comfortable working in an independent environment with minimum supervision
Must be a team player with excellent communication and interpersonal skills
