Job description

A fast-growing technology company that offers a range of services including software development, construction, virtual design etc., is looking for a Backend Engineer. The engineer will be responsible for developing scalable code, building and improving the back-end applications and processes. The company works on the largest and most interesting projects for several industry-leading firms. The candidate will collaborate with the team composed of professionals, technologists, architects, and engineers who have a passion for solving problems and a thirst for learning. It is a full-time opportunity and requires a time overlap with the Philippines, Poland and USA.

 

Job Responsibilities:

  • Work on data, processes, and codes to troubleshoot problems and identify areas for improvement
  • Collaborate with other team members to establish objectives and design more functional codes 
  • Develop new ideas for programs, products, or services by monitoring industry developments and trends
  • Stay up-to-date with industry tools and processes

Job Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Computer Science (or equivalent experience)
  • Must be proficient with Node.js, Lambda, Django, AWS or Azure
  • Experience with web data analytics
  • Strong understanding of the software development cycle, programming techniques and tools
  • Excellent project and time management skills
  • Strong problem solving and analytical skills
