Job description

A fast-growing technology company that offers a range of services including software development, construction, virtual design etc., is looking for a Backend Engineer. The engineer will be responsible for developing scalable code, building and improving the back-end applications and processes. The company works on the largest and most interesting projects for several industry-leading firms. The candidate will collaborate with the team composed of professionals, technologists, architects, and engineers who have a passion for solving problems and a thirst for learning. It is a full-time opportunity and requires a time overlap with the Philippines, Poland and USA.

Job Responsibilities:

Work on data, processes, and codes to troubleshoot problems and identify areas for improvement
Collaborate with other team members to establish objectives and design more functional codes
Develop new ideas for programs, products, or services by monitoring industry developments and trends
Stay up-to-date with industry tools and processes

Job Requirements:

Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Computer Science (or equivalent experience)
Must be proficient with Node.js, Lambda, Django, AWS or Azure
Experience with web data analytics
Strong understanding of the software development cycle, programming techniques and tools
Excellent project and time management skills
Strong problem solving and analytical skills
