Job description

A U.S.-based company that is determined to develop next-gen banking services for the internet economy is looking for a Back-End Engineer. The engineer will be participating in regular code reviews and brainstorming discussions to develop cutting-edge solutions. The company is committed to providing smarter solutions and services to small businesses, startups, and entrepreneurs to help them simplify their finances. The company has managed to securely raise more than $5mn during their Seed round of funding. 

 

Job Responsibilities:

  • Take accountability for your codebase and suggest improvements in the existing code 
  • Coordinate with the front-end and product team to ensure all developers are on the same page
  • Work closely with the engineering team in all aspects of software development
  • Ability to accept accountability and work within stringent deadlines

Job Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science (or equivalent experience)
  • At least 4+ years of relevant experience as a back-end engineer
  • A minimum of 4+ years of experience in Nest.js, GraphQL, Typescript, DevOps, and Cloud
  • Fluent in verbal and written English
