Job description

A leading, well-established healthcare distribution enterprise revolutionizing the pharmaceutical industry with modern solutions is looking for a Back-End Engineer. The engineer will be responsible for developing high-performance, low-latency applications using Golang. The company aims to become Asia’s leading pharmaceutical giant by going the extra mile to provide customers with quality and effective products. This role requires up to 8 hours of overlap with Singapore time.

Job Responsibilities:

Take the initiative to continuously improve the quality of the product and services
For product features and modifications, read, write, and review the design architecture
Work directly with front-end developers and designers to actively drive the product direction
Work with a wide range of systems and technologies and solve problems iteratively

Job Requirements:

Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science (or equivalent experience)
At least 3-5+ years of relevant Golang development experience
Experience with API development using Gin and Gorm
Unit testing experience using stretchr or testing packing
Experience with microservice architecture
Knowledge of PostgreSQL, Azure developer tools & services
Proficient with EIP or Integration patterns using Apache Kafka, ActiveMQ, Azure Service Bus, etc.
Experience on developing GraphQL Server using gqlgem
Knowledge of container optimized image development
Strong English communication skills
