Job description

A U.S.-based company that assists digital consumer companies in realizing their enormous global potential is looking for a Back-End Engineer. The selected candidate will be responsible for bringing front-end elements together with server-side logic and functionality. The company gathers and analyzes consumer purchase and activity data in order to develop premium, world-first brands for the world's fastest-growing e-commerce marketplaces. The company has managed to successfully raise more than $80 mn in funding.

 

Job Responsibilities:

  • Work closely with the team to write automation tests, understand requirements, build solutions, deliver functionality, and build continuous delivery pipelines
  • Integrate front-end elements with server-side logic and functionalities
  • Effectively collaborate with product teams and engineering professionals to meet product requirements and build innovative solutions
  • Use a holistic, test-oriented approach to troubleshoot and upgrade the application

Job Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science (or equivalent experience)
  • At least 3+ years of relevant experience as a software engineer
  • Knowledge of Python and Node.js
  • Proficiency in English
