Job description

A fast-growing company that is revolutionizing administration with advanced public-private partnership technologies is looking for a Back-End Engineer. The engineer will be in charge of developing the back-end ecosystem, creating innovative products, and overseeing the complete software delivery process. The company is determined to bring about lasting changes to how public services, government offices, and employees operate by banking on the power of modern technology. The company has managed to raise more than $2.5 mn in funding so far. 

 

Job Responsibilities:

  • Showcase a demonstrated ability to operate on an existing codebase
  • Develop top-notch code from new functions and feature requests
  • Build new user-interface features 
  • Create and maintain renewable components for future use
  • Perform component optimization for maximum performance across multiple web-capable browsers and devices 
  • Be passionate about building the business from scratch 
  • Showcase a strong dedication to creating efficient and robust products

Job Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science (or equivalent experience)
  • At least 3+ years of relevant experience as a back-end engineer
  • Python experience is a must-have
  • Prolific skills in React, CSS, and JavaScript are nice to have
  • Must be fluent in verbal and written English
