Job description

An emerging company that is on a mission to empower businesses and target their advertising strategies to help gain more patrons, is looking for a Back-End Engineer. The developer will be tasked with applying critical thinking skills while delivering results with urgency and transparency. The company's advanced platform enables businesses to analyze datasets, unique trends, and existing patterns that help them to understand their audience better. This role requires 6+ hours of overlap with the EST time zone. 

  

Job Responsibilities:

  • Connect data flows to enhance user experience 
  • Collaborate with the front-end to create better product features
  • Work and deliver products in an agile environment
  • Design robust, secure, and low latency codes

Job Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science (or equivalent experience)
  • At least 2-4+ years of relevant experience as a back-end developer 
  • Must have prolific experience in Go/Golang is required 
  • Nice to have experience in front-end technologies, microservices, and writing performant SQL (including PostgreSQL) 
  • Fluent in verbal and written English
