Job description

A US-based company committed to delivering the best risk solution possible using the best analytics platform is looking for a Back-End Engineer. The engineer will be responsible for designing and implementing testable and scalable code. The company delivers a fully integrated risk solution that is easier and less expensive to implement and maintain without sacrificing performance. This is an exciting opportunity for developers who are eager to make their mark and build a lucrative career. 

  

Job Responsibilities:

  • Create high-quality software and web applications
  • Existing software applications must be analyzed and maintained
  • Create code that is highly scalable and testable
  • Find and fix programming flaws
  • Design and develop high-quality cloud-based applications on AWS and Azure

Job Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Financial Engineering, Computer Science (or equivalent experience)
  • At least 3-5 years of relevant software development experience in the financial industry 
  • Knowledge of C#, .NET Core, Python, R, Snowflake, and PostgreSQL is required
  • Experience with DevExpress Entity Framework is a plus
  • Experience developing risk analytics is a bonus
