Back-End Engineer

An NYSE-listed, multi-billion pharmaceutical giant that has become the industry standard in pharmaceutical care is looking for a Back-End Engineer. The engineer will work with solid object-oriented coding skills to write codes and design scalable, cloud-based applications. Job Responsibilities:

• Configure front-end services with server-side logic and functionalities
• Assist product and engineering teams, including front-end developers, to build productive solutions
• Fine-tune platform performance to allow faster execution and resolve scalability issues
• Deploy modern security and data protection practices
• Take charge of building ideas, designing, and developing APIs, data storage solutions, and other components

Job Requirements:

• Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science (or equivalent experience)
• At least 3+ years of relevant experience as a back-end developer
• Must have professional experience of working with languages like C# and .NET
• Ability to utilize cloud solutions like AWS, GCP, or Azure is required
• Familiarity with Docker and Kubernetes is preferred
• A thorough understanding of backend development with object-oriented coding expertise
• Ability to code and design scalable cloud-based applications
• Must be able to handle complex predicaments and question processes
• Should be able to simplify large/complex problems into separate modules
