Job description

A fast-growing company that is bringing a game-changing revolution to the interior design and real estate development industry, is looking for a Back-End Engineer. The engineer will be responsible for fully owning the services they build with their team. The company's goal is to help customers realize the full potential of their beach properties by providing them with lucrative options for improving them. This will be a full-time role that requires some overlap with the PST time zone.

 

Job Responsibilities:

  • Work closely with product managers, product designers, and other engineers to conceptualize, build and test new features
  • Build pixel-perfect UIs across multiple platforms
  • Develop elegant solutions to usability problems
  • Provide leadership and mentorship to other engineers on the team
  • Use a holistic, test-oriented approach to troubleshoot, debug and upgrade applications

Job Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science (or equivalent experience)
  • At least 3+ years of relevant experience as a back-end developer
  • Extensive experience working with PHP and Python
  • Nice to have some understanding of Apache and NGINX
  • Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Strong attention to detail and collaborative skills
