Job description

A US-based company building an innovative video conferencing infrastructure to revolutionize the industry is looking for a Back-End Engineer. The engineer will be responsible for building services that enable fresh customer experiences. The company's live audio/video SDKs are uniquely tailored to cater to the needs of each user and business. The company has managed to raise more than $4 mn during their Seed funding. Candidates who are looking to grow their careers while working with cross-functional teams in a flexible and empathetic manner are suitable for this role. 


Job Responsibilities:

  • Iterate quickly on features, tooling, and processes
  • Collaborate with other programmers both within and across teams
  • Work closely with the product managers to develop and clarify requirements
  • Diagnose, fix bugs and performance bottlenecks on the platform

Job Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science (or equivalent experience)
  • At least 3+ years of relevant experience as a back-end engineer
  • Prolific experience working with Python and Go
  • Nice to have some knowledge of REST/RESTful APIs, GCP, Azure, and Kubernetes
  • Familiarity with REST APIs Testings
  • Solid understanding of AWS and WebRTC
