Job description

A marketing consulting SaaS platform is looking for a Back-End Engineer with extensive experience to develop, maintain, and manage the software product. The company is active in the e-commerce space and focuses on empowering business owners to grow their brands by breaking the old methods and redefining marketing. The candidate will join the team and assist in fixing bugs and building out the final features. This is a full-time, long-term opportunity requiring an overlap with EST.

 

Job Responsibilities:

  • Build new product features and maintain the codebase
  • Work with other developers to develop timelines for new feature releases
  • Create ideas for new feature implementation based on customer feedback
  • Perform technical research and integrate solutions

Job Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science (or equivalent experience)
  • At least 3+ years of relevant experience as a back-end engineer
  • Demonstrable skills in Python, DynamoDB, Agile, AWS, and Lambda/Terraform
  • Solid SaaS experience and prior work experience on a marketing/sales/e-commerce platform is a plus
  • Self-motivated with an ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a dynamic work environment
