Job description

A rapidly-growing company that seeks to educate students through a wide range of courses is looking for a Back-End Engineer. The engineer will be in charge of examining the code and providing the team member's feedback on them. Job Responsibilities:


  • Create, implement, verify, and manage lucid, succinct, and reliable code that fulfills our client's needs
  • Gain an in-depth understanding of software development
  • Make sure that elements of the product are functioning as intended by developing thorough test strategies and extensive automated testing
  • Take the lead in technical design, code reviews, and task estimation


Job Requirements:


  • Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science (or equivalent experience)
  • At least 4+ years of relevant experience as a back-end engineer
  • Demonstrable experience working with AWS and Node.js
  • Prolific experience with Database Administration
  • Nice to have some understanding of Laravel and PHP
  • Familiarity with AWS for servers, S3 and cloud front experience is desirable 
  • In-depth knowledge of React Native for Mobile app  
  • Some understanding of back-end migration using Next.js is preferred
  • Prior experience with remote procedure calls and GraphQL
  • Extensive experience working with Database optimization using SQL
  • Fluent in spoken and written English communication
