Job description

A rapidly growing startup focused on helping Fintech companies to efficiently scale through infrastructure that streamlines complex customer identity decisions, is looking for a Back-end Developer. The developer will be responsible for evolving the back-end ecosystem, building data products, and managing the entire software delivery process. The selected candidate will get the unique opportunity to capitalize on their technical skills and also become a product-minded professional by working on the company’s challenging product building process. Job Responsibilities:

  • Work with other engineers, risk specialists and product managers to evolve the back-end ecosystem to build data products belonging to the data mesh
  • Supervise and manage the complete delivery process by ideating, delivering and supporting the iteration of your own product
  • Design and build ETL jobs based on multiple data sources related to specific risk (identity validation, AML, etc.) and relevant subdomains
  • Apply ingestion techniques to systematically extract data from sources
  • Enhance the data completeness, validity, and consistency
  • Provide feedback on the quality and transformation needs regarding data

Job Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science (or equivalent experience)
  • 3+ years of relevant back-end development experience
  • Demonstrable experience working with Mesh, Go, Kafka and C++
  • Strong knowledge of Java or Golang is nice to have 
  • Must be a team player but capable of working independently with minimal supervision
  • Excellent communication skills and fluent in English
