Job description

An NYSE-listed company providing world-class IT solutions that enables individuals and businesses to build a digital future by implementing devised portfolio is looking for a Back-End Developer. The developer will be implementing solutions for cross-functional teams while emphasizing on performance and quality. The company aims to transform the computing industry across the world by providing them with high-quality solutions. This role requires 8+ hours of overlap with the IST time zone and can lead to long-term opportunities. 

 

Job Responsibilities:

  • Create reusable code libraries for future implementation
  • Evaluate and gather business requirements and advocate for engineering best practices 
  • Improve the software engineering processes to increase team effectiveness
  • Participate in code reviews regularly and collaborate with other engineers to attain feedback

Job Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science (or equivalent experience)
  • At least 5+ years of relevant experience as a back-end developer 
  • Extensive experience in Java and Springboot
  • Nice to have experience in microservices
  • Experience in REST API is preferred 
  • Fluent in verbal and written English
