The selected candidate will be in charge of developing hands-on coding, code reviews, and sprint planning. Job Responsibilities:

Work closely with the team to write automation tests, understand requirements, build solutions, deliver functionality, and build continuous delivery pipelines
Integrate front-end elements with server-side logic and functionalities
Effectively collaborate with product teams and engineering professionals to meet product requirements and build innovative solutions
Help debug and improve scalability, latency, and robustness

Job Requirements:

Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science (or equivalent experience)
At least 3+ years of relevant experience as a backend developer
Must have experience in Ruby on Rails, AWS, and JavaScript
Ability to work well in a small team, with high accountability, and reliability
Excellent communication and collaboration skills
Detail-oriented, strong communicator, and capable of multitasking
