Job description

A US-based company building an efficient streaming optimizer driven by high-powered AI technology is looking for a Back-End Developer. The selected candidate will be tasked with tackling multifaceted and complex problems. The company’s technology solution efficiently places advertisements and offers targeted experiences, thereby enabling advertisers to regularize sports advertising. This role requires 4+ hours of overlap with the CET time zone. 

  

Job Responsibilities:

  • Develop solutions from scratch and work on improving existing applications
  • Regularly analyze the website performance and communicate it to relevant stakeholders 
  • Identify and fix performance bottlenecks 
  • Write and maintain high performant codes, conduct unit tests, and participate in daily virtual standups 

Job Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science (or equivalent experience)
  • At least 5+ years of relevant experience as a back-end developer 
  • Must have a minimum of 5 years of experience in C++ 
  • Prolific experience deploying standard tools such as CMake 
  • Solid understanding of OOP best practices 
  • Comprehensive knowledge of DevOps, CI/CD best practices
  • Nice to have experience working with 3D graphics programming, OpenCV, CUDA, and Python 
  • Demonstrable experience with OpenGL is a plus 
  • Prior experience implementing computer vision algorithms and deep learning is nice to have
