Job description

A US-based marketing automation platform leading the way in the fast-developing mobile engagement marketing industry is looking for a Back-End Developer. The selected candidate will be responsible for building, optimizing, and maintaining back-end apps with a focus on performance and scalability. The company's enterprise-grade marketing and customer engagement platform enable brands to connect with their customers with relevant messages in real-time and at scale. They have managed to raise $73 mn+ in funding so far. 

  

Job Responsibilities:

  • Write clean, secure, maintainable, testable, and modular codes 
  • Contribute to accelerating the products and platform’s growth
  • Troubleshoot and debug the application
  • Define standards for code quality and test coverage

Job Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science (or equivalent experience)
  • At least 5+ years of relevant experience as a back-end developer
  • 5+ years of experience working with Ruby on Rails
  • Prior experience working with React is nice to have
  • Strong attention to detail, and must be self-motivated and collaborative
  • Fluent in English communication
