Job description

A fast-growing company that is delivering comprehensive and unique financial products and services designed specifically for physicians, is looking for a Back-End Developer. The selected candidate will be in charge of designing and building solutions that make the product and platform more productive and efficient. The company is developing a unique, personalized, automated platform for financial goods and services that is straightforward, easy to use, and engage with on a regular basis, with a seamless onboarding experience. This is a great opportunity for developers who enjoy working in a dynamic startup environment. 

  

Job Responsibilities:

  • Drive processes like system architecture, development, and testing of existing systems and services
  • Utilize a wide range of systems, processes, and technologies to resolve technical problems 
  • Build and publish highly available, flexible, and easy to upgrade services in a production environment
  • Perform code reviews to ensure robustness and keep improving applications performance
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship innovative new products and services
  • Take informed choices for adopting new technologies based on extensive industry experience experience

Job Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science (or equivalent experience)
  • At least 3+ years of experience working as a back-end developer
  • Minimum 3 years of professional experience of building RESTful APIs and database/data warehouses (preferably in Fintech or SaaS environment)
  • Expertise with modern languages lie .NET, C++, Python, and Go is required 
  • Experience working with Kafka, Snowflake, and AWS services will be helpful
  • Should possess a thorough understanding of DevOps development processes
  • Extensive experience piecing together a new cloud-based system that ensures reliable, high-quality data access, integrated with external financial institutions, data aggregators, and other partners
  • Must have a technical portfolio demonstrating a wide broad range of abilities
  • Experience in the decoupled services from modern fintech technology stacks
  • Have the energy and resilience for a 0-1 kind of startup journey
