Job description

A fast-growing company building an innovative platform that sells and manages device subscription plans is looking for a Back-End Developer. The selected candidate will be tasked with identifying and troubleshooting bugs and other issues before release. The company's next-gen solutions enable customers to own the latest and responsibly repurpose or recycle the old by paying monthly and getting new devices on a regular schedule. This is a great chance for developers to work in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.

  

Job Responsibilities:

  • Be responsible for making suggestions and recommendations in the architecture
  • Create user-friendly back-end applications that are efficient and effective
  • Write high-quality, well-designed, testable, and efficient code
  • Work independently, take ownership of features, and report to the team
  • Creating ideas to ensure back-end efficiency

Job Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science (or equivalent experience)
  • At least 5+ years of experience working as a back-end developer
  • Solid proficiency in Ruby on Rails is required
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and debugging skills
  • Prior experience writing and implementing test cases is advantageous
