Job description

A NASDAQ-listed online platform that allows merchants, consumers, and traders to transact with digital currency is looking for a Back-End Developer. The developer will help build, develop, and maintain the company’s performance marketing tools. The US-based company's secure, trusted, and easy-to-use platform enables customers around the world to discover and begin their crypto journey. They have managed to secure funding worth more than $500mn so far. This will be a full-time, long-term role that requires a 6+ hours overlap with the PST time zone. 

 

Job Responsibilities:

  • Ensure the high performance, quality, and responsiveness of the platform
  • Effectively collaborate with product teams and engineering professionals
  • Optimize the platform for faster execution and solve scalability issues
  • Identify the application bottlenecks and fix bugs 

Job Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science (or equivalent experience)
  • At least 3+ years of relevant experience as a back-end developer
  • 3+ years of experience working extensively with Golang
  • Nice to have some knowledge of Ruby on Rails
  • Experience working with Ad APIs SEO, internationalization, etc.
  • Prior experience with performance marketing tools is desirable
  • Any payments, credit risk, or financial regulatory experience is nice to have
