Job description

An emerging company that is surging ahead by providing access to space with its turnkey approach is looking for a Back-End Developer. The selected candidate will be responsible for ensuring that outputs are user-friendly and visually compelling. The company rapidly deploys and scales satellite constellations with its innovative plug-and-play software and hardware products. They have managed to secure more than $155mn in funding during their Series B round. This is an exciting opportunity for developers to work on revolutionary solutions while tackling complex problems.

 

Job Responsibilities:

  • Write readable code and maintain technical documentation
  • Collaborate with product teams, management, and engineering professionals 
  • Optimize the platform for faster execution and solve scalability issues
  • Build mission-critical features and improvements for the web applications
  • Identify architectural deficiencies, improve the codebase quality, and create achievable paths to solve/evolve them

Job Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science (or equivalent experience)
  • At least 3+ years of relevant experience as a back-end developer
  • Prolific experience working with Python, Vue.js, and Django
  • Ability to support and meet customer, business, and technological requirements
  • Excellent written, communication, and problem-solving skills
  • Fluent in English
