Back-End Developer

A fast-growing platform providing NFTs is looking to hire a Back-End Developer. The developer will be responsible for supporting the back-end development, taking ownership and autonomy to make decisions. The Silicon Valley-based company has engineered the platform to save users time and money. They are well-funded, with backing from top organizations like Y Combinator, Better Tomorrow Ventures, and SOMA Capital. The candidate will have the opportunity to work in a fast-paced environment and play a key role in product and platform development.

Job Responsibilities:

• Grow in the field and take up leadership position while also progressing as an independent contributor
• Integrating with the technology partner, using 3rd party APIs
• Use the back-end REST API endpoints
• Participate in standups, sprints, and properly align your schedule
• Ensure the application back-end can scale without the downtime and is well documented
• Review and give feedback on the design process

Job Requirements:

• Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science (or equivalent experience)
• At least 3+ years of relevant experience as a back-end developer
• Proficient in developing back-end using Python
• Familiarity with Figma for design and project management tools like Trello to track tasks
• Excellent communication skills
