Job description

A rapidly-growing company that helps users reduce stress and increase productivity is looking for a Back-End Developer. The selected candidate will be responsible for leading the development of game-changing VR and machine learning platforms. The company aims to combat the growing mental health epidemic by tapping into the power of technology. They have managed to raise around $1mn during their Pre-Seed round. 

 

Job Responsibilities:

  • Design back-end architecture/infrastructure components
  • Build front-end applications across multiple platforms
  • Build features to adapt those elements and address product/customer needs

Job Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science (or equivalent experience)
  • At least 3+ years of relevant experience as a back-end developer
  • Extensive experience working with Python and Go
  • Some familiarity with AWS and C++ is nice to have
  • Demonstrable knowledge of S3, CloudFront, and Amazon RDS
  • Excellent English communication skills
  • Exceptional management and problem-solving skills
