Job description

A NASDAQ-listed company active in the digital currency transaction space is looking to hire a Back-End Developer. The developer will utilize solid expertise in fields such as payments, credit risks, performance marketing, etc., to build and optimize high-quality products with best-in-class technologies. The industry-leading cryptocurrency platform allows traders, merchants, and consumers to transact digitally with ease. This will be a long-term, full-time opportunity and requires at least 6 hours of overlap with PST.

 

Job Responsibilities:

  • Design and build quality, advanced products
  • Test code for robustness, including edge cases, usability, and reliability
  • Develop clean, readable code and design software applications based on specifications
  • Work on fixing bugs and improving the overall application performance

Job Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science (or equivalent experience)
  • At least 3+ years of relevant experience developing with Golang
  • Nice to have some experience with Ruby on Rails and credit risk
  • Proficiency in performance marketing tools (Ad APIs SEO, internationalization, etc.) is desirable
  • Financial regulatory and payments experience is a plus
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and enjoy tackling complex technical challenges
  • Fluency in written and spoken English
