Job description

A US-based membership-only firm that provides estate and business planning attorneys is looking for a senior front-end developer with extensive experience in Vue.js. The developer will be responsible for building a cloud-based development tool for creating and managing highly complex legal documents. The selected candidate will report to the Director of Software Development while collaborating with a team of developers, business analysts, and designers. This is a nice opportunity to join a fast-growing company and rise quickly through the ranks. It is a full-time role. 

Job Responsibilities:

  • Work with cross-functional teams to design a cloud-based document automation system for creating and managing legal documents 
  • Build a developer tool for document automation system 
  • Collaborate with developers, designers, and business analysts to enhance the capabilities of the product 
  • Design and architect a performant user experience for the application 
  • Add features to the product and upgrade the existing ones 
  • Identify opportunities for improve the company product based on data, research, and insights

Job Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Computer Science (or equivalent experience)
  • Strong working knowledge of Vue.js, JavaScript, and RestAPI 
  • Excellent working knowledge of NoSQL databases 
  • Ability to write clean, readable code for the product 
  • Understanding of HTML and CSS is nice to have 
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to build a product based on business requirements
  • Good communication skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
