Job description

A US-based startup developing a fun travel app that is set on transforming the way people experience road trips, is looking for a Swift Developer. The developer will join the team and be responsible for the development and maintenance of the iOS application. The app shares the depth and diversity of stories while offering tailored content based on interests, with themes including colorful characters, cultural history, and many more. Candidates looking to advance their careers and grow actively in a long-term position are well-suited for this role.

 

Job Responsibilities:

  • Work on refining the iOS application
  • Monitor the performance, quality, and responsiveness of the application
  • Identify process bottlenecks and fix bugs in a timely manner
  • Work with the rest of the team to define, design, and develop new features

Job Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science (or equivalent experience)
  • At least 3+ years of relevant experience as a Swift or iOS developer
  • Nice to have some experience with MySQL and PHP
  • Understanding of UI design and a user-oriented focus
  • Knowledge of Apple’s design principles and interface guidelines
  • Proficient understanding of code versioning tools such as Git
  • Excellent critical thinking, problem-solving, and communication skills
