Job description

A US-based company building a robust mobile app that allows users to easily buy, sell, store, and transfer cryptocurrency assets, is looking for a Senior Full-Stack Mobile Developer. The selected candidate will be working alongside other engineers on the team to elevate the product and platform consistently by applying best practices. For new users who are inexperienced with technical expertise on trading and investing in cryptocurrencies, the company is building a cryptocurrency mobile app wallet and exchange. This will be a long-term, full-time position and an exciting opportunity for developers who enjoy working in a start-up that is building a rapidly growing ecosystem. 

 

Job Responsibilities:

  • Ability to lead a team of other junior mobile developers in a leadership role
  • Create mobile responsive iOS and Android applications from scratch 
  • Ability to iterate quickly and fix bugs without having to be micromanaged
  • Bring out new ideas to the team and act on those ideas
  • Write superior quality code and work in a highly autonomous environment

Job Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science (or equivalent experience)
  • At least 5+ years of relevant experience as a full-stack or mobile developer
  • Extensive experience working with Django, Python, and AWS/GCP Orchestration
  • Prolific knowledge of SQL and NoSQL Databases
  • Demonstrable experience and knowledge of back-end Orchestration
  • Nice to have some knowledge of Solidity and/or Web3
  • Prior Crypto knowledge is desirable
  • Prior experience publishing a mobile app in the iOS/Android space is nice to have
