Job description

A U.S.-based company that is using modern technology to develop a platform that turns webinars into video highlights, is looking for a Senior Full-Stack Engineer. The selected candidate will be responsible for building and scaling the features of the infrastructure. The company enables customers to rapidly record, clip, and ship video footage. The company has managed to secure more than $1.2mn during their Seed round of funding. 

 

Job Responsibilities:

  • Develop robust and scalable solutions and work on existing technologies 
  • Actively analyze software performance and take decisions to make necessary improvements
  • Identify and mitigate performance issues
  • Write and maintain scalable codes and tests while participating in daily standups 

Job Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science (or equivalent experience)
  • At least 3+ years of relevant experience as a full-stack engineer
  • Extensive experience with Ruby on Rails
  • Fluent in verbal and written English 
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills
