Job description

A U.S-based company developing a world-class B2B ecosystem that drives and measures social impact is looking for a Senior Full-Stack Engineer. The selected candidate will provide creative insight on the platform design based on industry knowledge and development standards. Job Responsibilities:

  • Add features to ensure a seamless end-to-end customer solution, including a virtual gift-card module for customers that can be used at designated merchants (i.e., local restaurants) 
  • Help in the integration of the CRM and HR platforms for a more friction-less transaction
  • Build and maintain a comprehensive ESG dashboard that showcases customer’s social impact
  • Continuously optimize back-end systems for merchants, customers, and admins
  • Strategize phased platform rollout based on the company’s business model 
  • Prioritize product features in a way that keeps budget and timelines in check, delivers on growing customer needs, and meets critical investor milestones
  • Oversee the development of technology for external customers, vendors, and other clients to help improve and increase the business
  • Evaluate technical solutions and share recommendations with non-technical team members to make decisions collaboratively
  • Manage task flows and deployment schedules in a transparent way using task management tools 
  • Help the non-technical team members to clearly understand the impact on final deliverables
  • Oversee the codebase and execute the front-end and back-end work necessary to push the development sprints to completion

Job Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science (or equivalent experience)
  • At least 4+ years of relevant experience as a full-stack engineer
  • Prolific experience working with Nest.js, React, and Machine Learning
  • Strong mathematical skills
  • Nice to have some knowledge of Python and microservices like Contentful, Sendgrid, Stripe, Plaid, Cloudinary, and Algolia
  • Excellent English communication skills, both written and spoken
