Job description

A rapidly-growing company determined to leverage the power of technology to automate healthcare contact center operations is looking for a Senior Full-Stack Back-End-Heavy Engineer. The engineer will be working closely across cross-functional teams and leading the software development. The company's cutting-edge AI technologies simplifies work for highly trained employees by automating After Call Work and associated duties. This will be a long-term, full-time position requiring significant overlap with the PST time zone. 

 

Job Responsibilities:

  • Help establish and communicate design and technical requirements
  • Ensure deployment of machine learning models running with high performance, resource optimizations, and at scale
  • Design and build the platform’s UI and develop highly functional, sustainable, and scalable web applications
  • Stay up to date with best practices and new technologies
  • Provide help, support, and training to other team members

Job Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science (or equivalent experience)
  • At least 2-4 years of full-stack engineering experience, preferable in a startup atmosphere or building products end-to-end from the ground up 
  • Proficient in web fundamentals of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript
  • Knowledge of one or more JavaScript front-end frameworks like Vue, React, and Angular
  • Must possess hands-on experience working with one of the frameworks such as Flask, Falcon, Django, and FastAPI, and a prolific Python knowledge
  • Must be familiar with cloud technologies like AZURE, GCP, or AWS and popular tools and concepts for CI/CD, containerization, and DevOps
  • Working knowledge of deep learning/ML models is nice to have
  • Experience with operating and building distributed systems on the cloud would be a plus
  • Must possess a firm product-oriented mindset and a go-getter mentality, comfortable operating in autonomous
  • Spoken and written fluency in English is essential
