Job description

A mission-driven organization focusing on making an impact through its secure cloud-based platform is looking for a Senior Full-Stack Engineer. The engineer will contribute to the technical leadership by introducing the best engineering practices in all stages of large-scale engineering projects. Job Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with support agents, other engineers, designers, QA, and product managers to improve products and processes
  • Create and implement new user-facing features and applications
  • Enhance validity by identifying and implementing logging and monitoring enhancements
  • Create test automation to ensure consistent quality release after release
  • Lead initiatives aimed at refactoring, re-engineering, and reimagining the platform
  • Create high-quality software that is well-designed, thoroughly tested, and passes peer code review
  • Deliver projects on time and with high quality
  • Create and maintain technical documentation

Job Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science (or equivalent experience)
  • At least 3+ years of relevant experience as a full-stack engineer
  • 4+ years of experience building, fixing, and scaling web apps (B2B apps preferred)
  • Knowledge of MySQL, jQuery, React, Elasticsearch and Java is nice to have
  • Familiarity with Redis, DevOps, AWS and RESTful APIs is a plus
  • Curiosity to discover root causes and solutions
  • Strong communication and collaboration abilities
  • Proficiency in English
