Job description

A US-based company that uses AI to develop security solutions and robotics to intercept people from crime is looking for a Senior Full-Stack Engineer. The selected candidate will be responsible for taking complete ownership of a wide range of systems and leading the project from conceptualization to delivery. The organization incorporates with current infrastructure for preemptive incident management and response. They detect, respond to, and prevent everyday security and operational incidents, as well as critical high-risk events ranging from medical emergency situations to work-related conflict. Candidates passionate about AI, Cloud, and Robotics and looking to work in a fast-paced environment are suitable for this role.

 

Job Responsibilities:

  • Implement a robust back-end API, real-time data pipeline, cache layer, high availability streaming service, and scalable infrastructure for enterprise and internal systems 
  • Design secure, efficient, observable, and robust software for processing real-time data and video 
  • Recognize and capture opportunities to build tools and infrastructure to improve developer efficiency 
  • Take ownership of a wide range of systems and drive the project from concept to delivery

Job Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science (or equivalent experience)
  • At least 4+ years of relevant software development experience
  • Experience with both back-end and front-end tech stacks
  • Proficiency in Python and JavaScript is a must
  • Experience working with React web applications is required
  • Experience designing web APIs with Protobuf experience
  • Experience with ElasticSearch, TinkerPop, Gremlin, and Redis is nice to have
  • Experience with gRPC is a plus
  • Experience with Docker, Envoy, and other deployment systems is desirable
  • Ability to take a concept and systematically drive it through the software lifecycle
  • Strong verbal and written communications skills
