Job description

An emerging FinTech startup that is determined to build an efficient library on the metaverse by utilizing the power of modern technology is looking for a Senior Full-Stack Engineer. The selected candidate will be rapidly iterating and pivoting, advising technical screening pipelines, and mentoring less experienced developers. The company is developing an advanced NFT platform to help bring books on-chain. This is an exciting opportunity for developers to work closely with the founding team and build robust solutions. 


Job Responsibilities:

  • Work in an autonomous environment independently
  • Iterate and pivot quickly while writing robust code
  • Define technical architecture and be in charge of software design decisions at a high level
  • Create and build out the Web 2 and Web 3 stacks 
  • Mentor new members of a growing team and build industry-standard practices by staying up to date on the latest technologies in the sector
  • Create a technological culture that is both rigorous and inventive

Job Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science (or equivalent experience)
  • At least 4+ years of relevant experience as a full-stack engineer
  • Experiment with frontier Web 3 technologies
  • 4+ years of experience working with Python and Next.js
  • Nice to have some experience with Web3, Software Architecture, API Design, and Typescript
  • Familiarity with Tailwind CSS, Solidity, and Smart Communication is desirable
  • Nice to have some knowledge of Solidity, Rust, smart contracts, blockchain indexing, and L1/L2 blockchain development
  • Experience building marketplaces is desirable
