Job description

A US-based company connecting jobseekers and employees through technology is looking for a Senior Full-Stack Engineer. The selected candidate will be responsible for leading the development of new products and MVPs in collaboration with users and other stakeholders. The company has built a high-volume talent-attracting platform that enables employers and candidates to meet each other with ease. Job Responsibilities:

  • Assist in the maintenance of existing features for the web platform and other systems
  • Lead the development of new products and MVPs in collaboration with users and other stakeholders
  • Work closely with the team and project manager to raise the bar on the product, improve processes, and hire new members
  • Work with the tech stacks efficiently
  • Take ownership and lead the designs of new products and systems

Job Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science (or equivalent experience)
  • At least 3-5+ years of relevant experience as a full-stack engineer
  • Must have expertise with Typescript, React, Styled Components and Node.js
  • Knowledge of AWS, Lambda, SNS, SQS, PostgreSQL, and DynamoDB is required
  • Experience in code reviews, documentation, and taking the lead on implementing engineering practices is nice to have
  • Be motivated to build great software and curious about problems as well as their solutions
