Job description

An emerging company providing businesses and individuals with easy and secure access to the Ethereum Blockchain is looking for a Senior Full-Stack Engineer. The developer will be tasked with ensuring that the project is scoped, resourced, and delivered as a professional product. The US-based company is providing an expanding suite of products offering complete access to all the tools to help newcomers and experienced users explore new Ethereum applications in a trusted environment. This role requires some overlap with the EST time zone. 

  

Job Responsibilities:

  • Create web-based applications and tools
  • Maintain strong development standards, particularly when it comes to code quality, code reviews, unit testing, and continuous integration and deployment
  • From back-end to front-end, create a proof of concept and integrate it into a working prototype
  • Contribute actively to management meetings and prepare strategies and resources for the project
  • Provide maximum satisfaction throughout the development cycle and after project completion

Job Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science (or equivalent experience)
  • At least 3+ years of relevant experience as a full-stack engineer
  • Node.js, JavaScript or Typescript, HTML, CSS, VUE.js, Git, and SASS experience is a must
  • Nice to have knowledge in SQL and no-SQL databases, such as PostgreSQL, AWS, and Amazon DynamoDB
  • Understanding of REST API design and experience with GraphQL is a bonus
  • Competency in developing user authentication and authorization between multiple systems, servers, and environments
  • Integrate multiple data sources and databases into one system
  • Knowledge of management of the hosting environment, including database administration and scaling an application to support load changes, is preferred
  • Expected demonstrated knowledge of software development processes
  • Driven decision-maker with excellent problem-solving and rapid learning abilities
  • Good communication skills
