The engineer will be responsible for consistently updating and maintaining clean technical documentation. The company's proprietary AI-enabled candidate sourcing platform in the world is delivering better candidates faster and more affordably than any other BioPharma industry solution. Job Responsibilities:

  • Review functional and design requirements to make sure you fully comprehend each delivery
  • Establish the organization's engineering culture and standards from the ground up
  • Ensure that stakeholders are communicating with each other
  • Maintain an awareness of relevant progress and trends in the software development industry

Job Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science (or equivalent experience)
  • At least 5+ years of relevant experience as a full-stack engineer
  • Demonstrable experience working with PHP, Python, and Machine Learning
  • Extensive experience and knowledge of Open AI
  • Familiarity with Node.js and Data Engineering is desirable
  • Great communication and interpersonal skills
  • Fluent in spoken and written English
