Job description

A U.S.-based company that has successfully managed to revitalize and transform the food and beverage industry is looking for a Senior Full-Stack Engineer. The engineer will be communicating with a cross-functional team to help develop an initial MVP for an insight tool for upper management. The NASDAQ-listed company’s range of innovative products has become beloved household names across the globe over the past few decades. This is a rare opportunity for candidates who are eager to work with a team of professionals while developing cutting-edge solutions. 

 

Job Responsibilities:

  • Have a significant impact on major architectural decisions
  • Create the initial MVP for an insight tool for upper management that will be integrated with third-party ML/AI tools
  • Make sure that the data that will be transferred from Snowflake to Azure Databricks will feed the new platform
  • Oversee the adoption of best practices and industry-standard technology and procedures

Job Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science (or equivalent experience)
  • At least 6+ years of relevant experience as a full-stack engineer
  • Prolific experience working with Spring Boot, React, and GraphQL
  • Demonstrable experience working with API Integration and JavaScript
  • Some understanding of Azure, Java, and Microservices is desirable
  • In-depth knowledge of at least one major cloud provider, such as Azure, AWS, or GCP
  • Prior experience with the implementation and administration of Kafka's asynchronous messaging queues
  • Some prior experience in coaching and software architecture
  • Strong familiarity with the MVP development process
  • Excellent spoken and written English communication skills
