Job description

A U.S.-based company that is revolutionizing the global healthcare ecosystem with the help of modern technology is looking for a Senior Full-Stack Developer. The developer will be responsible for managing the continuous testing at different stages of the development cycle. Customers can discover, identify, and engage stakeholders more effectively using the company's end-to-end platform, which also helps them manage their organization's medical strategy. Job Responsibilities:

  • Lead the implementation of cutting-edge machine learning, AI-powered knowledge graphs, search, and databases and work with the team to create a global healthcare ecosystem. 
  • Ability to effectively design software architecture
  • Actively direct the performance assessment, monitoring and recommending performance enhancements
  • Work with the team to perform Infrastructure management
  • Using natural language processing (NLP) technologies, such as machine learning algorithms, analyze text or speech data
  • Review data to identify patterns or trends that can be used to improve business processes
  • Design and develop new applications using artificial intelligence (AI) and machine learning technologies
  • Analyze large amounts of data to identify patterns or trends to improve business processes

Job Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science (or equivalent experience)
  • A minimum of 2-4+ years of experience with graph databases 
  • At least 5+ years of experience with RDBMS (MySQL / PostgreSQL) 
  • At least 3-4+ years of experience with MERN stack
  • A minimum of 3-4+ years of building data ingestion pipelines (Apache Airflow or AWS Glue)
  • At least 2-3 years of experience with ElasticSearch
  • Extensive experience in ElasticSearch, Kubernetes, Apache Lucene, and GraphQL
  • Prolific experience in React, Python, NodeJS/Express, and Java/Kotlin/Spring
  • Strong database experience in RDS, MySQL, and MongoDB
  • Proven experience deploying machine learning models for large, complex tasks
  • Knowledge of databases and visualization techniques
  • Strong statistical analysis and predictive modeling skills
  • Prior experience in Cloud deployment and management
  • Experience with CI/CD management and deployment
  • Strong organizational, leadership, and communication skills
  • Experience with data structures and modeling
  • Deep understanding of text representation techniques (such as n-grams, a bag of words, sentiment analysis, etc.), statistics and classification algorithms
  • Knowledge of Python, Java, and R
  • Ability to write robust and testable, and validated code
  • Experience writing code for automated processes that can be used in a production environment
  • Experience monitoring the performance of existing applications and identifying potential problems
  • Experience developing, testing, and implementing algorithms to improve business processes
  • Experience with machine learning frameworks (like Keras or PyTorch) and libraries (like scikit-learn)
  • Nice to have experience in Neo4j
  • Fluent in verbal and written English
