Job description

A US-based company building a market for clients to buy, sell, and keep sports cards as a substitute asset, is looking for a Senior Full-Stack Developer. The selected candidate will regularly communicate with cross-functional team members to ensure streamlined development. The company is using trading cards as a proof of concept for financial products that aren't supported or acknowledged as collateral by traditional financial institutions. The company has managed to raise $103mn+ in funding during their Series B round. 

  

Job Responsibilities:

  • You must have good product instincts and be able to ship high-quality products quickly 
  • Opportunity to own products and features from end-to-end, so strong judgement and the ability to make good trade-offs should be present
  • Write clean, efficient, and reusable code 
  • Develop highly efficient user interface components 
  • Develop robust, scalable, and secure features
  • Analyze website performance and drive improvements 
  • Work on both back-end and front-end

Job Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science (or equivalent experience)
  • At least 3+ years of relevant experience as a full-stack developer
  • Must have expertise with Python, GraphQL, Typescript, React, Postgres, and AWS 
  • Comfortable working across the stacks
  • Passion and ability to work well in a fast-paced, rapidly changing environment
  • Excellent problem solver 
  • Ability to communicate and collaborate effectively
