A well-funded healthcare technology company that provides affordable and accessible prescription drugs is looking to hire a Senior Full-Stack Developer. The developer will work in a highly collaborative environment and take charge of building the company’s core platform. The proprietary platform and supply chain is providing a life-changing experience for people all over the country and reforming how transparent, unethical, and costly healthcare has become. Job Responsibilities:

  • Help the team ship new products and features successfully with the right skills, mentorship, and organizational resources to deliver amazing experiences for patients
  • Promote cross-functional collaboration, product success and mentor budding engineers to achieve set goals
  • Stay up-to-date with modern industry developments, learn and improve on new techniques and best practices
  • Assume complete responsibility for tasks and build world-class products and services
  • Collaborate across teams and build valuable products 
  • Design new APIs to power new features
  • Fix performance problems and debug production issues
  • Perform peer code and architecture reviews
  • Give and receive constructive feedback and encourage trust and teamwork within the work environment
  • Build new features, coordinate releases, and carefully carry out tests to improve the user experience

Job Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science (or equivalent experience)
  • At least 3-5+ years of relevant experience as a full-stack developer
  • Prolific experience working with AWS, Python, JavaScript, MySQL, and Linux
  • Experience with one or more modern programming languages
  • Prior professional experience working with a team to turn ideas into reliable, maintainable code
  • Prior experience diving into a large codebase and contributing immediately
  • Ability to write clear, well-structured code and comfortable owning features across various levels of the software development
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills
  • Team player but also capable of working independently
