Job description

A rapidly-growing company that is offering financial services and an instructional platform for potential investors is looking for a Senior Full-Stack Developer. The developer will be designing and maintaining code quality, organization, and automation. By enabling customers to gain knowledge, exchange ideas, and establish connections with the most renowned investors and entrepreneurs in venture capital, the company aims to normalize direct investment for clients. Job Responsibilities:

  • Design and implement the overall web architecture
  • Implement the pre-approved user interface
  • Design and deploy the database
  • Make sure the stack as a whole is built and designed for performance and scalability
  • Connect the front-end user interface to the developed web infrastructure
  • Create and put into practice a continuous integration and deployment system
  • Advise the leadership on product improvement and build iterations

Job Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science (or equivalent experience)
  • At least 5+ years of relevant experience as a full-stack developer
  • Extensive experience working with JavaScript and Clean Architecture
  • Experience with HTML5, CSS3, and ECMAScript 6
  • Prior experience with PHP, Python, and Ruby
  • Demonstrable experience with Database design and management, including being up on the latest practices and associated versions
  • Knowledge of Server management and deployment for the relevant environment
  • Familiarity with frameworks like React, Vue, Laravel, and Flask
  • Nice to have some familiarity with CSS preprocessors, bundlers, and associated languages/syntaxes/libraries, like Sass, Less, and webpack
  • Strong understanding of user experience and possibly even product strategy
  • Experience implementing testing platforms and unit tests
  • Proficient knowledge of Git or other version control systems
  • Ability to write clean and well-documented code
  • Prolific experience with back-end development
  • Fluent in spoken and written English communication
