The developer will be responsible for developing systems by studying operations, designing, installing software solutions and support. Job Responsibilities:

Work across multiple facets of the project and juggle multiple responsibilities simultaneously
Help shape and guide the direction of the company’s technology ecosystem
Independently work on component implementations
Apply and teach best practices in development processes where needed
Foster transparency, collaboration and keep abreast of new technologies
Guide and mentor junior engineers while demonstrating pragmatism

Job Requirements:

Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science (or equivalent experience)
At least 3+ years of relevant experience as a back-end engineer
Prolific experience working with Python, Go, PostgreSQL
Nice to have some knowledge of React and Typescript
Proficiency in analytic capability to create innovative solutions
Excellent computational problem-solving skills
Expert understanding of designing, coding, debugging, and testing procedures
Excellent oral and written communication skills
