The selected candidate will be responsible for driving the development of new features and projects within the platform. Job Responsibilities:

  • Sharpen the data structure for new features to help users quickly understand investment opportunities and share the analysis
  • Add analytics, monitoring, and alerts to improve tracking and response to incidents
  • Improve the codebase, covering code with tests and add types to improve communication between back-end and front-end teams
  • Innovate and improve the data layer to reliably deliver detailed financial data for companies 

Job Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science (or equivalent experience)
  • At least 3-5+ years of relevant experience as a back-end engineer
  • Extensive experience in PostgreSQL, Aurora PostgreSQL, DynamoDB, S3, AWS Lambda functions (Node.js)
  • Prolific experience in Serverless Framework, API Gateway, Cognito, and Typescript
  • Demonstrable experience using GitHub, Slack, G-Suite, and Linear for internal communication
  • Fluent in verbal and written English
